Great tool/accesory and great Service
The Fabric Mouse was great, good delivery time or at least as promised, and way cheaper than any other provider of authentic Janome accesories. I will definately keep Fabric Mouse in mind if I need something else in the future.

Brilliant service
Fabric Mouse didn’t have the part I wanted, nor any idea when it would be in stock, so they phoned me up and asked if I would like a replacement and sent it out same day. Super-fast and professional service (haven’t had chance to try the part yet)
