Authorised Sewing Machine Service Center Since 1922

We Service & Repair all brands of machine

Please note: Most servicing and repair work takes approximately 2–3 weeks. This is an estimate and can vary with workload, parts availability and the work required. We will email you when your machine is ready for collection.

Please drop your machine off anytime between 10am-3.30pm Monday-Friday (we will not email you to arrange this)

If you are sending your machine by courier, you are responsible for arranging suitable packaging, transport and any transit insurance you consider appropriate. Service and repair charges do not include transport. Please read our servicing and repairs policy and contact us before sending a machine if you need advice. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Replacement lightbulbs are not included in your service -the additional cost for replacing the bulb is £10 if we are providing the bulb. Alternatively, you can bring a replacement bulb for the engineer to fit.

  • Your bobbin & bobbin case (in machine)
  • Your thread if it's an overlocker
  • Standard presser foot (embroidery foot if checking embroidery machine)
  • Embroidery hoop & Unit if embroidery
  • Your order number or name on your machine/case/additional items

If your machine is under warranty, please note:

Please contact us about a suspected warranty fault before returning your machine. The applicable warranty, what it covers and the repair arrangements are explained in our warranty terms. Routine servicing and warranty repairs are different matters. Commercial warranty conditions do not remove your statutory rights. Warranty repair booking.

Collecting your completed machine

Once work is complete, we will notify you that your machine is ready. We ask that machines are collected within four weeks of notification wherever reasonably possible. If you need longer, please contact us so we can make suitable arrangements.
