400 × 500 mm per head maximum embroidery area; usable space depends on the fitted hoop.

Can it embroider caps, clothing and bags?

BAi multi-needle machines can be used for caps, workwear, jackets, bags and patches when the item can be secured with suitable hoops and stabiliser. Test the design and fabric before production.

Do I need embroidery software?

A machine needs a suitable embroidery stitch file rather than an ordinary picture. Institch offers browser-based design tools; Wilcom Essentials is an optional paid bundle choice. Check that the software features and file formats meet your needs.

Which optional bundle extras can I add?

Choose a hooping station for £249 including VAT, Wilcom Essentials for £799 including VAT, and either no thread set, Richword 100 × 4,000m for £199 including VAT, or Sakura 48 × 1,000m for £50 including VAT. The bundle total updates with your choices.

Is the price excluding or including VAT?

UK business prices are displayed excluding VAT, with the total including UK VAT shown underneath. Checkout charges the VAT-inclusive total. VAT-registered businesses may be able to reclaim VAT subject to the usual rules.

What UK warranty support is available?

Fabric Mouse provides UK warranty support under its published warranty and servicing terms. Check cover, exclusions, maintenance requirements and commercial downtime provisions before purchasing.

Can I see a demonstration before buying?

Contact the Fabric Mouse showroom to arrange a BAi demonstration and confirm which model is available. Ask about a live video demonstration if you cannot visit.

Returns

If you bought the item in person, either in the shop, during an in-home demonstration, or at a trade show, please go to the following link for refund and return information : Refunds & Returns for In-Person Sales

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You have 14 days, from receiving your order, to notify us of your intention to return the item or items and a further 14 days to return it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Goods such as unsealed software
Books
Anything cut to order (such as fabric, ribbons, wadding)
Threads cannot be returned
A-Grade Machines
Demonstration Machines
Pre-loved Machines
Sale items do not qualify for a return.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software
Classes and workshop bookings
Machine parts
Instruction Manuals -original and pdf printed

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use, sewing machines that have been opened,
CD, DVD, software that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing packaging or parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

BAi Vision double-head — commercial embroidery with UK support

The BAi Vision double-head has two embroidery heads with 15 needles per head and a 400 × 500 mm working area per head. It can stitch matching work on two hooped items in the same production run. Actual output depends on design, hooping and operator workflow; it is not a guarantee that every job takes half the time.

Keep frequently used colours threaded, prepare the next item while a design runs, and match the hoop and stabiliser to the fabric. Good digitising and a sample stitch-out remain essential for reliable results.

Use the Institch website to explore drawing and design creation in a browser, or choose optional Wilcom Essentials in your bundle. Check the features and export formats needed for your workflow before selecting software.

Plan your installation

This model requires a garage or industrial unit with a level concrete floor. It is not suitable for installation inside a house. Discuss all access and floor requirements with Fabric Mouse before ordering.
