Discover Fabric Mouse's offers and display machines from the Harrogate Knitting & Stitching Show. Available show display machines remain listed after the event until they are sold.
Ordering a new machine
Our new-machine show offers are supplied to order from Brother, rather than from stock held in our shop. Orders placed during the show begin processing on the Monday after the event, in purchase order, when we place the orders with Brother.
Machines usually take two to three days to reach us from Brother, depending on stock availability and the volume of show orders. We then check and dispatch your order. This is an estimate for delivery to Fabric Mouse, rather than a promise of delivery to your address within two to three days. We will keep you informed if there is a delay.
Show display machines
Display machines are sold separately at a reduced price without the new-machine show-offer gifts or bundles. Collection from the show on its final Sunday is available by prior arrangement; please bring proof of purchase.
Otherwise, display-machine orders begin processing on the Monday after the show, in purchase order, with dispatch planned for the following week. The volume of orders means not every machine will be sent on Monday. Please read the individual listing for the machine's condition, accessories and collection or delivery arrangements.
Delivery of larger machines
For larger machines, from the Brother Stellaire range upwards, Fabric Mouse delivers in person. New machines come to us from Brother first; once your machine has arrived, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Delivery therefore follows an agreed appointment rather than the usual parcel dispatch times. For a show display machine, we will arrange delivery after it returns from the show, unless collection at the show has been agreed.
See our delivery policy for further information. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
