The ultra-glide foot is moulded from a special resin allowing easier sewing of fabrics that may otherwise stick to the standard metal foot i.e. ultra suede, vinyl, faux leather, plastic etc. This non-stick foot glides along with no drag so you can sew on these surfaces just like they were regular fabric.
