I would go as far as to say that this was a perfect storm of a totally sub standard machine regarding reliability and a company who have little knowledge of customer service. Hardly anybody behind the desk who had any idea of what was going on. I am now returning the machine for repair for the fifth time. Three times with fabric mouse, and now its boxed awaiting pick up from Janome for the second time. Apart from Fabric Mouse not able to resolve and fix the issue, any sort of dialogue with this company was nigh on impossible, leaving me never knowing exactly what the situation was with the machine. Then when i finally took receipt of the machine, it was back at the shop within a few months, if not weeks. On one occasion they had the machine for three weeks and returned the machine back to us unfixed because we were out of the country for the summer and refused to fix the machine and store it. Its a good job i kept the box. Would i purchase this machine again: No Would i purchase a machine from this company again: No I gave One Star because this is a great machine when working, but totally unreliable.

i bought this machine as I have recently retired and wanyed to take up quilting and other crafts. It took a while and playing around but I now love this machine and if you have any issues Fabric Mouse are more than willing to help out.

Firstly, may I express my gratitude to Joel for all the help in purchasing my Janome 7600P sewing machine. Nothing was too much trouble and I asked him numerous questions about not only the workings of the Janome but about aftercare and guarantees, delivery and background of your company, a 5* service and a real asset to the company, in my opinion. Delivery arrived the next day as promised, everything intact. As far as the machine is concerned, I have only had it a short while, but have found it solid and sewing a beautiful stitch. Obviously I haven't had a chance to use anywhere near its potential, but have already successfully monogrammed a Christmas present! I would recommend Fabric Mouse without question, fulfilling their promise on delivery and functionality of the product I was looking for, a big thank you. Happy quilting and sewing for me.
