Whether you’ve got the bug from watching The Great British Sewing Bee or have decided you’re going to make this season’s wardrobe yourself, taking up sewing is an ever expanding world of creativity. Where you can let your imagination run wild and create your own fabulous designs.

Brother L14S

Firstly, we’ve got the L14s, a lightweight Brother machine with 14 built in stitches making every task easy to complete. With over 100 years of experience poured into the design of each machine, Brother’s machines are reliable and flexible enough to take you from hemming trousers to an entire outfit. 

Janome 725S

Then there’s the Janome 725s (which you might have seen on Kirsty’s Homemade Home) which is a little pricier but a good sturdy machine. Still great for taking to class and tucking out of the way  when not in use. This sewing machine has a jam proof bobbin system, and a convertible free arm for circular stitching. With 23 built in stitches and a one-step buttonhole you’re well on your way to making whatever you can think of, and this machine is great for freehand embroidery too. 

Pfaff Smarter 140S

And last, but not least, there’s the Pfaff Smarter 140S, a machine that looks, feels, and sews great. With a vibrant green accent, this machine stands out. It has 21 stitches, a 7 point feed system (more often seen on pricier models) and smart grip dials. Lightweight and easy to use, all you need to do is select your stitch, length, width and get stitching.
