Authorised Sewing Machine Service Center Since 1922 & we work on all brands of machine.

Please book in and drop off your machine, we need;

• Your foot control (Order number on base)
• Your bobbin & bobbin case (in machine)
• Your thread ()
• Standard presser foot (embroidery foot if checking embroidery machine)
• Embroidery hoop & Unit if embroidery

All the above need your order number sellotaped to them

What we don't need;

• Accessory tray or sleeve arm extension
• Instruction books
• Extra feet or tools
• Quilting tables
• Bags, cases or covers

If your machine is under warranty please note;

Bobbin cases, needle threaders, needle plates and any other replaceable items that wear with use are not covered under a manufactures warranty these will be covered under a service or repair, along with timing on machines that are designed to jump instead of causing damage (if you hit a pin or the wrong fold on a seam that is impenetrable its bad luck not a fault with the machine like driving over a pothole in your car) Book a Warranty Repair

Machines must be collected within 4 weeks of service completion, otherwise they are given to charity!!!
