Please note: Your machine will be with us for 1-2 weeks currently and we will email you when it's ready for collection.
Please drop your machine off anytime between 10am-4pm Monday-Friday
If you are posting your machine to us please ensure it is securely packaged, and no insurance will be valid if not in original packaging or if you accept delivery when the box is visibly damaged.
What we need:
- Your bobbin & bobbin case (in machine)
- Your thread
- Standard presser foot (embroidery foot if checking embroidery machine)
- Embroidery hoop & Unit if embroidery
- Your order number on your machine/case/additional items
Please leave at home:
- Accessory tray or sleeve arm extension
- Instruction books
- Extra feet or tools
- Quilting tables
- Bags, cases or covers
If your machine is under warranty, please note:
Not covered under manufactures warranty: Bobbin cases, needle threaders, needle plates and any other replaceable items that wear with use, or the timing on machines designed to jump instead of causing damage (if you hit a pin or the wrong fold on a seam that is impenetrable it's bad luck not a fault with the machine -like driving over a pothole in your car) Book a Warranty Repair
Machines must be collected within 2 weeks of service completion, otherwise they will be a weekly storage fee!!!
I cannot pass any comment because I have not received the repaired machine yet. For the moment I can only compliment the lady for being lovely and understanding. All I hope for is that the machine is returned to me in proper working condition so that I can return it to my granddaughter who needs it as she has lots of sewing to do for her house. She has just moved in. I shall answer to your next survey after receiving the machine. Thanks

I recently discovered Fabric Mouse, only wish I had found them years ago. I recently sent my (very old) Bernette machine in for repair. It was repaired within literally a couple of days and now runs like a dream. The staff team are extremely friendly and helpful and the shop is packed to the rafters with everything needlecraft. Highest recomendation.
