If you are posting your machine to us please ensure it is securely packaged in it's original box*, and remember that it is your responsibility to arrange for its collection. Postage is not covered with your warranty.

- Needle Threaders
- Needle Plates
- Feet & Accessories
- Adjustments (Tension & Timing - done within you maintenance Service not under warranty)
- Blades
- Trimmers
- Loopers
- Hook Damage from use
- accedental damage
- damage for use of wrong oil or lubracant
- Machine running dry (don't leave it on a table in a window or close to a radiator) Very common and is a service issue and speeds up the need for a service.
- Belts, Winders & Bulbs.
If you suspect any of the above problems please book you machine for a sewing machine repair or service. If we diagnose and fix these problems it will be a chargeable service and not covered under warranty.
The nature of diagnosing faults with a sewing machine lies in fixing it and testing it so we can't inform you until after the machine is serviced, unless there is a clear breakage that is a manufacturer's fault.
All warranty documents stipulate servicing and correct maintenance of the machine to keep the warrantee valid, the same as a car requires you to service it during the warrantee, a machine needs to be maintained.
*If you do not have the original box you can contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.
