Choose the booking below that suits your machine and the work it needs. Please book before bringing it to Fabric Mouse, and read the listing for what to bring, drop-off times and any posting instructions. There’s a separate booking for warranty repairs.

Parts for some older machines and models sold through catalogues or online shops can be difficult or impossible to obtain. Where parts are unavailable, any service costs charged will be deducted from the cost of a new machine.
