Please note: We will email you when your machine is ready for collection. 

Please drop your machine off anytime between 10am-3.30pm Monday-Friday

If you are posting your foot peddle to us please ensure it is securely packaged.

What we need if you're bringing your machine:

• Your bobbin & bobbin case (in machine)
• Your thread if it's an overlocker
• Standard presser foot (embroidery foot if checking embroidery machine)
• Embroidery hoop & Unit if embroidery
• Your order number or name on your machine/case/additional items

Please leave at home:

• Accessory tray or sleeve arm extension
• Instruction books
• Extra feet or tools
• Quilting tables
• Bags, cases or covers
• Power cord -unless it is unique to your machine. Most power cords are standard fitting.
