Review of Atelier 7
Unfortunately the Janome Atelier 7 I ordered was not in stock when I placed my order, but Stuart was super helpful and loaned me the same model from one of their demonstrator machines. It has already proved to to be everything and more that I hoped for, with all the fantastic features which are so easy to use. The really helpful DVD which comes with the machine, has all the instructions you might need and are very easy to follow. I am really looking forward to my new machine delivery and can’t praise Fabric Mouse highly enough for their service
Having had a Janome machine for over 25 years with no problems I decided it was time for an update. I had no hesitation in buying another Janome machine and after a bit of research and a play with an Atelier 5 at Fabric Mouse opted for an Atelier 7. It has a wide variety of stitches (embroidery, utility, button hole, alphabet, pictures etc.) available from an easy to use touch screen. You also have the option to create your own stitches using the software supplied. Sewing speed can be adjusted. Bobbin filling and threading of machine is straightforward. It is fully computerised with a start-stop button and has an acufeed system making it easier to sew difficult to handle fabric. It has three optional add-on kits that can be purchased separately. Overall very happy with this machine and would recommend for all crafting.
