Our Price Match Promise

At Fabric Mouse, we work hard to offer competitive prices backed by knowledgeable advice and after-sales support.

If you've found the same product at a lower price from another genuine UK retailer, we'll always do our best to match it where we're able.

We'd much rather have the opportunity to keep your custom than lose it over price alone.

What We'll Consider

We'll normally consider price matching where:

  • the product is identical, including the model and specification;

  • the item is brand new;

  • the competitor is a genuine UK retailer;

  • the item is currently in stock with both the competitor and Fabric Mouse;

  • the price can be verified.

Please send us a link to the product or a written quotation so we can check the details.

When a Price Match May Not Be Possible

Unfortunately, we can't normally match prices from:

  • private sellers;

  • auction websites;

  • marketplace sellers;

  • liquidation or clearance sales;

  • refurbished or used products;

  • pricing errors;

  • businesses that are closing down;

  • products supplied from outside the UK.

Why There Are Some Exceptions

When you buy from Fabric Mouse, you're not just buying a product.

You're also buying access to product advice, demonstrations, warranty support and after-sales service from a UK specialist retailer.

For that reason, we sometimes won't be able to match prices that don't offer the same level of support or that aren't directly comparable.

Price Matching Amazon

We understand that many customers compare prices on Amazon before making a purchase.

Where the product is identical, currently available and shown as in stock, we'll be happy to consider matching Amazon prices.

Screenshots of Amazon listings, promotional offers or pricing are not accepted for price matching, as prices and availability can change at any time and cannot always be verified.

As with all price match requests, any decision remains at the discretion of Fabric Mouse and is subject to the product being directly comparable.

How to Request a Price Match

If you've found a lower price, simply get in touch before placing your order.

Please include:

  • a link to the competitor's website or a written quotation;

  • the product you're interested in;

  • any relevant details that may help us verify the price.

We'll review the information as quickly as possible and let you know whether we're able to match it.

Our Decision

Every price match request is considered individually.

While we'll always do our best to help, we reserve the right to decline a price match where the comparison isn't like-for-like or where matching the price wouldn't be commercially viable.
