We are an authorised dealer for many brands of sewing machines, this means that we can take care of your machine if theres any manufactures faults (there usually isn't).

In the event that there is something wrong with your machine and you need to bring it in to us we need your proof of postage with your name and order confirmation on. Once we have that we can take care of the rest and we'll get the machine ready and back to you as soon as we can.
