Older Machines, UK law only stipulates parts have to be available for products up to 5 years after they finish been manufactured. Most good manufacturers have parts for much longer but others don't so older machines with Broken parts may just not be fixable due to parts, this is especially prevalent with TV Sale Channels Machines that have great offers as the machines are often clearance models that dealers stopped selling years before. our General rule of thumb is if its older that 15 Years and has a serious problem it is unlikely it will be economically repairable but we are happy to look at it for you if you don't want a new machine straight away.
